I am Anne Maree Taney and my family and I live and work in Normanton Qld.

My vision is of strong, resilient and connected communities who care for all their members and view people's struggles with compassion. A community where families and individuals can accept help in the spirit it is offered, understanding that asking for and accepting help is a strength and can take a lot of courage.

I dream of a world where all children are not only protected from community and family violence and physical, emotional and sexual abuse - but are nurtured and supported to be confident and proud of who they are and what they can achieve.
