I am Anne Maree, and my family and I have loved living and working in Normanton for over 30 years.
My vision is of strong, resilient, connected communities that care for all their members and view people's struggles compassionately. A community where families and individuals can accept help in the spirit it is offered, understanding that asking for and accepting help is a strength and can take much courage.
I dream of a world where all children are not only protected from community and family violence and physical, emotional and sexual abuse - but are nurtured and supported to be confident and proud of who they are and what they can achieve.
